Yay! Scanning Issue is fixed!

I just learned how to fix my scanner's bad habit of scanning what ever it wants when the negatives are really thin. Here is my first attempt using this method. This is an image from a roll of Infra-Red film. Kinda fun to see how little my photo subjects were before they landed their fabulous careers as the Attorney, the President and Human resources. My how time flies!!

Photography is a great hobby for a mom. The kids get well documented. My cousin is also into photography and shares her talent on her blog. You can find her link (Gayle & Greg)on my blog if you are interested in seeing what she's up to. I wish I had more photography talent, but I hear a lot of it has to do with the right equipment.

Actually, equipment doesn't matter - Just as long as you have a good lens and you learn how to make the camera do what you want it to. I have a hard time with 'nice' cameras - too much technology! I use old antiques! Ha ha - and make sure I take good care of my lenses. A lot of my pictures come off of my point and shoot. There are some great forums to participate in if you want to learn on your own. www.ilp.tlcwe.com is one of my favorites.

Thanks for pointing me to your cousins site - I'll take a look later!!

And Chris - you are too sweet!!
