The Race is on!
I started pruning yesterday with our new pole saw (small gas chainsaw on an extending stick) and managed 14 trees in 2 hours! Look at the big mess I made!
The apple farmer got a hold of my new tool after he finished work. He did 35 trees before dinner was ready. I'm going to have to be very sneaky to catch the lead again....

oh! who cleaned up the mess? ;)
No one yet!! ;) And it might be a little while yet. We need to get the pug out and also the chipper to clean this mess up! And because the chipper is lifted by the tractor we need to wait til the snow melts and the soil isn't so muddy or else we will make a terrible mess in the turf!
